Najmul Hossain Shanto won the toss and invited India to bat first in the second T20I of the three-match series in Delhi.
“The dew could impact the game in the second innings, and the scores have been big over here as it is a good track for batting. We have won two matches in Delhi in the past, and that gives us confidence. Our top order will have to bat well in the powerplay overs. Shoriful is playing in place of Tanzim,” he said.
Suryakumar Yadav wanted to bat first to challenge the batters and bowlers. “We wanted to bat first to challenge the bowlers with dew around. I am happy with our bench strength. The wicket looks good, and let’s see how it plays throughout the game. We are playing with the same team,” he said.
