Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020, and left behind a legacy and a void that can never be filled. His sister Shweta Singh Kirti has spoken about the bond they shared and the news of his unfortunate demise in her book ‘Pain: A Portal to Enlightenment‘.

When she received this devastating news, the feeling she described was this- “A chill ran down my spine and I lay in bed paralysed. I didn’t scream. I didn’t cry. By conviction of my practice, I fell into a space that sucked all the shock that my body and mind were going through.”

It was in June 2020 when the Dil Bechara actor died by suicide. He was found dead in his Mumbai flat, following which a rigorous investigation was initiated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
