Let’s know about the benefits of these three poses.

Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)

Tree Pose enhances balance, stability, and concentration while strengthening the legs and core and improving posture. It opens the hips, stretches the groin and enhances flexibility. It also encourages better posture and spinal alignment. The steady, grounding nature of the pose can calm the mind and reduce anxiety.

Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana)

The Warrior Pose, with its dynamic stance, builds strength in the legs, arms, and core, increases stamina, opens the chest, and boosts energy and confidence. Holding the poses increases stamina and improves endurance over time. The extended arms and open chest also help release tension in the upper body.

Padmasana (Lotus Pose)

Padmasana, often used for meditation, helps improve flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankles, promotes good posture, calms the mind, and enhances circulation. Sitting in Padmasana encourages a straight spine, promoting good posture and proper alignment. It also improves blood flow in the lower body, especially in the legs and feet.

These poses, when practiced regularly, contribute to physical strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
