Virat Kohli is looking forward to a five-match Test series against England in India. He could be the biggest threat to the visiting team as he has a habit of scoring runs against big opposition.

He enjoys batting against the Ben Stokes-led team. Former spinner Monty Panesar has suggested England play with Virat’s ego and sledge him during the games.

“Play with his ego and sledge him. Remind him of India’s chokers tag in international cricket. Tell him that India hasn’t won anything in the last decade. Stokes won the 2019 World Cup and the 2022 T20 World Cup. This is going to pinch Virat if he is told about it,” Monty Panesar told India.com.

He also predicted that James Anderson would again dismiss Virat in the series. “I would go with James Anderson as his reverse swing can get better of the Indian batter,” he added.

Anderson has dismissed Kohli seven times in Test matches. Kohli has scored 305 runs against Anderson at an average of 43.57
